Sure it is, Buzz. Try living your day to day shit as a middle eastern Hindu or Muslim in America today and then glide through your trip to Walmart as a Babtist chicken farmer named Bubba. The demographics of voting blocs are changing, but the majority APPEARANCE of America will be white and Christian for a long time. Here's a news flash, though: the party that tries to limit itself to white, Christian, and conservative voters is doomed for decades. Hence the metamorphosis of Hannity, Pawlenty, Huckabee, and a slew of pragmatic Repubs to embrace an immigration reform bill. They HAVE to make inroads to that portion of the electorate or risk becoming as irrelevant as the Whigs. Should be fun to watch the Pander Express laying track into that demographic after all the hateful shit they've been slinging for the past 10 years.
Just realized I listed Sean Hannity next to the descriptive "pragmatic Repubs". Sorry.
He's a pathetic, partisan hypocrite of the Nth degree, and has only now tempered his inflammatory remarks because he's seen the fucking light at the end of the Electoral College tunnel.
